The Blender ...
A GroupThink Game Show

Features           Samples           Movie

The Blender is a socially interactive game show providing mass participation.

HOW IT'S PLAYED:

In classic game show style, a host or MC runs the proceedings, shmoozes the crowd and presents graphical challenges on the big screen. Players, on one of the many contestant-teams, work together to solve fun multimedia puzzles and then punch in the correct answer on their team's "button-box."

Play time can range from 20 - 45 minutes per game and includes a few physical challenges that contestants may perform to earn extra points.

The game show's software is capable of running many different sub-games. These sub-games allow for clever combinations and juxtapositions of multimedia images that excite and inspire the audience.

A SAMPLE BLENDER QUESTION:

"Your team has 15 seconds. This question is worth 100 points: Select the THREE images from above that are common euphemisms for 'steal'. Good luck!"

Players on a team combine knowledge and decision making to answer a range of multimedia questions - from culture to commerce, science to celebrity, food to sports.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?   POPULAR CULTURE CONTENT:
By design, The Blender helps enhance people's decision-making skills within a group environment. The questions are specifically crafted so that no one person (except perhaps prodigies) could get a perfect score on their own. The individual experiences of all team members play a key role in getting the right answers. The time factor forces players to work quickly and effectively as a team.   Contestants pool their combined knowledge of old TV Shows, Hollywood Celebrities, Sports, American Trivia and International Culture.
